Business Book Awards 2020 - A message from Safaraz Ali of Pathway Group

As the Head of Pathway Group Safaraz states: “we are proud to be founding supporters of the Business Book Awards and this year again we are specifically leading the way on the HR & Management category”.

“We’re a business that for the last 20 years has been upskilling and reskilling individuals with level 2 and level 3 qualifications which is mainly people who are at the frontline and ground level. As a lead provider of vocational courses, we get to see, first-hand, the amazing benefits of these qualifications and the impact it has on the learners and the workplace and employers generally tend to agree when asked 78% of employers that chose  to train their staff saw a return on investment within just one year.

In this pursuit, Pathway Group wish to encourage organisations and individuals to push the boundaries of people strategy and as stated by Safaraz: “What better way to do this than our association with Think fest and Business Book Awards!”

The shortlist for this year has been strong and, in an era, where workplace learning has traditionally been delivered is under pressure as a result of new technology and changes in the workforce.  The books submitted for the awards have been practical, thought-provoking and enables the reader to better understand the challenges presently faced and how to go about solving these challenges.
