- I'm originally from the financial services sector and since 1999 have been in business of one type or another. I’m the Founder and Head of Pathway Group, an organisation committed to changing lives through skills and work. In addition, I’m also involved with domiciliary care, foster care and events & networking. In 2012, Safaraz founded Pathway2Grow with a vision to conduct business networking. It is a vibrant Independent network with ambition to serve business owners and create a community to support each other to “Network, Learn and Grow”. I've put quite a bit energy into our networking brand Pathway2Grow and have had some sporadic success. I’m seeking people who might be interested in running their own events under our banner of “Coffee and Natter” or “Cereal Network. In addition, any referrals for potential partners or sponsors for "Business Book Awards", "BAME Apprenticeship Awards" for our ThinkFest Ltd events business.
